Pan’s Mushroom Jerky was launched in 2018 by Michael Pan, and is made in Portland, Oregon. On a trip to Malaysia, Michael discovered a decades old recipe in his family for the satisfying plant-based snack, which served as the inspiration for Pan’s Mushroom Jerky.
